Description
A rich filling for whoopie pies
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 T unsalted butter, room temperature
- 16 oz box powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract

Notes
1. In an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese & butter on medium speed. Add the sugar and beat on low speed until combined.
2. Add the vanilla and increase the speed to medium. Beat about 4 minutes until creamy and smooth.
