Description
A great egg dish with a little Mexican kick for brunch.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 c milk
- 1 lb mozzarella, grated
- 1 kg cheddar, grated
- 2 cn whole green chilies
- 14 oz salsa
- 1 c flour
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Butter a 9x14 glass pan. Line with chilies. Spread half of each cheese over chilies.
3. Mix eggs, milk, and flour thoroughly. Pour over cheese.
4. Bake 50 minutes. Take out of oven and spread salsa and remaining cheeses. Put in oven until melted.
