Ingredients

  • 1 c spinach, frozen, chopped
  • 1 1⁄2 c artichoke hearts, frozen, chopped
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1⁄4 c sour cream
  • 1⁄3 c parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1⁄2 t red pepper flakes
  • 1⁄4 t salt
  • 1⁄4 t garlic powder

Instructions

1. Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup water until tender. Drain.

2. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute until hot and soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve hot.
