Description
A filling for a Whoopie Pie
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1⁄2 c corn syrup
- 1⁄4 t salt
- 3⁄4 c powdered sugar
- 1 1⁄2 t vanilla
Instructions
1. In a mixer, beat the egg white, corn syrup, and salt on high for 10 minutes until very thick.
2. Add the sugar in 3-4 stages and then add the vanilla extract until well blended.
