Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c olive oil
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1⁄4 c minced fresh italian parsley
  • 1 t salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1⁄2 t cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 t ground allspice
  • 1⁄4 t cayenne

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Put in a large bag.

3. Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours (overnight is preferable).

4. Grill chicken.
