A wonderful side dish that goes along with most chicken and meat courses
1. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Add broth. Bring to boil and add orzo, salt and pepper. Return to boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook 20 minutes.
3. Add cheese and serve.
