Beautiful for any fruit platter. Makes 24 pieces.
1. Cut bananas into 1-inch pieces.
2. Place lemon juice, sour cream, and coconut in separate bowls.
3. Dip banana pieces in lemon juice. Roll in sour cream and then in coconut. Make sure all sides are coated.
4. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
