Ingredients

  • 6 1⁄2 oz chocolate
  • 1 oz unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1⁄4 c flour
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 t salt
  • 1⁄8 t baking powder
  • 1 marshmallow fluff recipe

Instructions

1. Preheat overn to 325 degrees.

2. Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.

3. In a mixer, whip the eggs, sugar, and vnailla to thick ribbons 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix on low just to combine.

5. Carefully fold the egg and flour mixture into the melted chocolate.

6. Using an icing bag, pipe bite-sized cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake for 4 minutes.

8. When cool, use marshmallow fluff (or vanilla buttercream) to sandwich pairs of cookies.
