Edible Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Wine Pairing:


  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, slightly melted
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


  1. In an electric mixer fitted with a paddle, beat butter and sugar until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in milk and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, salt and chocolate chips and mix to combine.
  4. Refrigerate or eat right away.  The dough can easily be rolled into balls.
