Edible Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, slightly melted
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- In an electric mixer fitted with a paddle, beat butter and sugar until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Mix in milk and vanilla.
- Add flour, salt and chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Refrigerate or eat right away. The dough can easily be rolled into balls.
