Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups while milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
- Using a medium saucepan, add the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder and salt. Mix with a whisk to blend.
- Slowly add the milk while whisking to incorporate the dry ingredients.
- Heat saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture thickens and comes to a boil, remove from heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate and butter. Whisk to incorporate.
- Pour pudding into 6 ramekins.
- Eat warm or refrigerate.
