Grilled Chili Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl, add chicken breasts and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Grill chicken breasts on the barbecue for 5-8 minutes per side.  Brush on marinade for the first few minutes each side.
  3. Discard marinade.
