Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in pesto mixture and refrigerate for an hour.
- Grill chicken breasts on barbecue 5-8 minutes per side.
- Discard extra marinade after cooking.
