Ingredients

• 2 ounces good quality vodka
• ½ ounce good quality Triple Sec
• ¾ ounce cranberry juice
• ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 ounces Prosecco
• Orange peel garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Add the first five Ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake the cocktail for 20-30 seconds.
2. Strain and pour contents of shaker into a martini glass. Add the Prosecco, add garnish and serve.
