- ⅔ cup cream
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 ounces Captain Morgan Rum
- 2 ounces butterscotch schnapps
- Sweetened whipped cream
- 1 ounce grated dark chocolate
- In a medium-sized, heavy saucepan, combine cream, milk, dark chocolate, sugar and salt. Heat on medium heat, whisking frequently. Bring to a slight boil. Remove from heat.
- Pour rum and schnapps equally into four glasses or mugs. Add hot chocolate to each.
- Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
