Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-ounce chocolate, melted
- ¾ cup walnuts
- 9 graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13x9x2” baking pan.
- Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until the sugar is well incorporated. Adds eggs and beat well.
- Add milk, vanilla and then sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture.
- Place 1/3 of the batter into a small bowl. Add the melted chocolate and nuts to this and mix thoroughly. Spread this brownie batter in a thin layer in the prepared pan.
- Arrange graham crackers over the batter.
- Ad chocolate chips to the remaining batter. Drop batter by spoonfuls over the graham crackers and spread to cover graham crackers.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until top is golden brown and a tester comes out clean.
- Cool, then cut into squares to serve.
