Grilled Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl, add chicken breasts and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Grill on barbecue for 5-8 minutes per side.  Brush on marinade for during first few minutes of grilling.
  3. Discard excess marinade after cooking.
