Ingredients
- 1 cup really good olive extra virgin oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon full flavor molasses
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1½ tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoon dried shallots
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ of an entire red pepper, finely diced
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar. Shake vigorously!
- Keep in the fridge for up to one month.
This marinade also can be used on fish, beef, lamb and vegetables
