Raspberry Fizz

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup apricot nectar, chilled
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup club soda, chilled
  • 2 lime slices


  1. In a blender, blend raspberries, nectar, and ice until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in club soda.
  4. Pour mixture into frosted, stemmed glasses and garnish with a slice of lime.
