- 1 lime wedge
- Kosher salt for rim of glass
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 12-ounce bottle or can of Mexican beer
- Rub the lime around the rim of a pint beer glass and dip the rim in the salt.
- Add lime juice, Worcestershire, pepper and Tabasco. Fill glass with ice and slowly pour the beer.
