Southwestern Michelada

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Kosher salt for rim of glass
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 12-ounce bottle or can of Mexican beer


  1. Rub the lime around the rim of a pint beer glass and dip the rim in the salt.
  2. Add lime juice, Worcestershire, pepper and Tabasco. Fill glass with ice and slowly pour the beer.
