Southwestern Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chipped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 4 Jalapeño peppers, boiled 15 minutes and then chopped
  • ¼ cup green chili, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves

Directions

  1. In a metal bowl, add all the ingredient and mix together.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
